Wow....has it really been that long?  No way...my how time flies, huh?

Okay so what has happened since last entry...school ended which is always good.  Um...I went to Cali for a week.  Had a blast.  Didn't really do that much.  Went to the beach.  Took my first ride on the back of a motorcycle...that was much fun.  Other than that really just hung out, watched a lot of movies.  Played with the donkey at Mr. Johns house.  So get this, Mr. John (the retired Air Force guy whose house I stayed at with him and his wife) has a Donkey that just roams around his yard.  He adopted this donkey back when the wild donkey population of California was getting out of control.  So they went around on three wheelers and rounded them up and then adopted them out.  Yea...go figure.  So anyways, they have a pool and they had to start chaining the gate because the donkey learned how to open it and he would go and get in the pool...who knew donkeys liked to swim?  Anyone?  Yea, me either.

Went to Sign and Deaf camp.  Did a lot of interpreting.  For the most part I think I did really well.  All the kids seemed to think so anyways.  Said they understood me so...course I had really off moments too.  Where it seemed as though I couldn't manage to even spell me name.  Oh well...guess that's to be expected.  Had a lot of fun though.  Killed my back and sholders sometimes but I really do enjoy interpreting.  It's kind of a rush and is really challenging to try and think that quickly and have to come up with so much right there on the spot.  Lot of thinking on your feet.  So stressful but fun at the same time.  As always the kids were amazing. 

What else...well currently I'm siting at home doing absolutely nothing.  "Well you big lazy jerk" many of you may be thinking "why don't you go out an get a job?"  Well I'll tell you...I would love to.  Believe me.  Cause I'm bored outta my mind.  But here's the deal.  Keara is currently waiting to have surgery...again...ooh fun.  So yea....had surgery when I was 17 for scoliosis where they put in rods and such.  Now as it turns out the rods are protruding and sticking out about an inch past my vertebrate.  In turn causing a lot of muscle and tissue damage and irritation.  Now they are going to go in and cut off the top third of the rods and take them out.  Yea....spells just one fun summer here.  Two weeks from tomorrow...
